Využití voltametrie v analýze vybraných opioidů [rukopis] / Jan Mádr. -- 2022. -- 44 : grafy. -- Ved. práce Jana Skopalová. -- Oponent Radek Jerga. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá voltametrickou detekcí dvou vybraných opioidů, heroinu a fentanylu s cílem vyvinout rychlou a levnou screeningovou metodu s možností využití v terénu. V teoretické části byla přiblížena problematika opioidů. Experimentální část se zabývá možností měření s využitím tištěných uhlíkových elektrod. Byly nastaveny optimální podmínky experimentu jako doba adsorpce opioidu na povrch pracovní elektrody, potenciál preelektrolýzy a vhodné prostředí. Následným proměřením kalibrační závislosti fentanylových roztoků byly stanoveny LOD a LOQ použité SWV metody. Na závěr byly zkoumány směsné roztoky fentanylu s heroinem. Experimenty potvrdily možnost aplikace vyvinuté metody pro analýzu fentanylu v heroinu.. -- Abstrakt: The Bachelor's thesis deals with the voltammetric detection of two selected opioids, heroin and fentanyl, with the aim to develop a fast and inexpensive screening method applicable in the field. In the theoretical part, the opioids were overviewed. The experimental part deals with the possibility of measurements using screen-printed carbon electrodes. Optimal experimental conditions such time of the opioid adsorption on the working electrode surface, pre-electrolysis potential and the appropriate medium were set. Subsequent measurements of the calibration dependences of the fentanyl standard solutions made it possible to determine the LOD and LOQ of the SWV method used. Finally, mixed solutions of fentanyl with heroin were investigated. The experiments confirmed the possibility of applying the developed method for the analysis of fentanyl in heroin.
