(79039 znaků). -- Oponent Jan Stoklasa. -- Ved. práce Ondřej Kročil. -- Abstrakt: Tato práce se zabývá postoji generace Y a Z k využívání služeb finančních poradců. Cílem je zjistit, jak tyto generace vnímají profesi finančního poradce. V teoretické části jsou popsány oblasti osobních financí, profil finančního poradce a jeho spolupráce s klientem, dále jsou vymezeny generace Y a Z. Práce také obsahuje shrnutí dosavadních výzkumu v této oblasti, které jsou především kvantitativní povahy. Pro správné pochopení problematiky je tato práce kvalitativní povahy realizována formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Dále je uvedena metoda výzkumu se stanovenými výzkumnými a rozhovorovými otázkami. Kapitola s výsledky výzkumu je rozdělena do šesti podkapitol na základě zjištěných konceptů v rozhovorech s respondenty. V závěrečné diskusi jsou výsledky výzkumu dále komentovány s doporučeními, limity výzkumu a praktickým využitím práce.. -- Abstrakt: This work deals with the attitudes of the generation Y and Z towards using the services of financial advisors. The aim is to find out how these generations perceive the profession of financial advisor. The theoretical part describes the areas of personal finance, the profile of the financial advisor and his cooperation with the client, the generations Y and Z are defined. The work also contains a summary of existing research in this area, which are mainly quantitative. For a correct understanding of the issue, it is a qualitative type of research as a form of semi-structured interviews. There is also a research method with established research and interview questions. The chapter with research results is divided into six subchapters based on the concepts identified in interviews with respondents. In the final discussion, the research results are further commented with recommendations, research limits and practical use of the work.
