Diplomová práce se věnuje druhé části velikonoční vigilie, tedy bohoslužbě slova. Nejprve je pojednáno o postavení Velikonočního tridua v rámci liturgického kalendáře. Poté je představeno slavení Velikonoc v době Ježíše Krista a jeho učedníků a je popsán spor o slavení Velikonoc mezi církví v Římě a církví v Asii. Další část je věnována již samotnému tématu bohoslužby slova. Je pojednáno o historickém vývoji starozákonních textů, které se četly při vigilii, a to od apoštolských dob až po Druhý vatikánský koncil. V závěrečné kapitole je představena teologie slavení bohoslužby slova, jak ji známe dnes, se zřetelem na starozákonní texty a jejich propojení s velikonočním chvalozpěvem a svátost křtu.This diploma thesis deals with the second part of the Easter Vigil, i.e. the Liturgy of the Word. Firstly, the placement of the Paschal Triduum within the Liturgical year is addressed. Afterwards, the celebration of Easter in the time of Jesus Christ is presented and the controversy over the celebration of Easter between the church in Rome and that in Asia is described. The next part is dedicated to the topic of the Liturgy of the Word itself. The historical development of the texts from the Old Testament that were being read during the Vigil is dealt with, specifically from the Apostolic Age until the Second Vatican Council. In the concluding chapter the Theology of the celebration of the Liturgy of the Word as we know it today is presented with respect to the Old Testament texts and their connection to the Easter Proclamation and the Sacrament of Baptism.
