Tématem bakalářské práce jsou Genderové stereotypy a jejich vliv na dnešní společnost. Cílem této práce je poskytnout náhled na problematiku vnímání genderových rolí širokou společností a také upozornit na možná úskalí stereotypního pojetí těchto rolí při formování identity člověka. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje výzkum zaměřený na zjištění míry identifikace několika generací současné společnosti s genderově stereotypními názory. Účelem tohoto výzkumu je zjistit aktuální stav rozšířenosti typicky stereotypních názorů o mužích a ženách.Subject of the bachelor's thesis are Gender stereotypes and their effect on today's society. The aim of the thesis is to give an overview over the topic of perception of gender roles by wide society and also to point out some of the possible issues with stereotypical conception of those roles in terms of forming an individual's identity. The essence of the practical part's research is to find out the recent tendencies of stereotypical thinking about men and women while exploring the extent of several generations' identification with specific stereotypical opinions.
