Diplomová práce je zaměřena na přístup, metody a možnosti komunikace a práci dětí s poruchou autistického spektra v rámci výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu. Popisuje danou problematiku a zároveň zkušenosti pedagogických pracovníků. Na základě výzkumného šetření uvádí základní formy a postupy práce s dítětem, volbu komunikační metody, individuální projevy chování dítěte a v neposlední řadě zkušenost a znalost respondenta o dané problematice.This diploma thesis deals with approach, methods and possibilities of communication and work with children who suffer from Autism spectrum disorders. The issue is examined under the terms of educational process and the thesis describes experience of teachers as well. On the basis of the conducted research this thesis introduces basic forms and approaches of working with children, the choice of the communication method, individual behaviour of the children and last but not least the respondents' experience and knowledge of the examíned issues.
