Bakalářská práce popisuje historii a strukturu uměleckého školství v regionu, charakterizuje prostředí organizací, legislativní úpravu, strategie jednotlivých škol a dále popisuje konkurenční prostředí a možnosti využití strategických analýz. Cílem teoretické části je popsat základní umělecké školství v regionu Vyškovska, jeho konkurenční prostředí a možnosti využití strategické analýzy. V praktické části potom pomocí jednotlivých analýz charakterizuji vlivy vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí těchto organizací.The thesis describes the history and structure of artistic education in the region, characterized by the environment organisations, legislative adjustment strategy of individual schools and further describes the competitive environment and the possibilities of using strategic analyses.
