Práce se zabývá krizovou komunikací s oběťmi dopravních nehod. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak probíhá krizová komunikace s oběťmi dopravních nehod na místě nehody, po uplynutí nějakého času od nehody a jaké existují možnosti komunikace pro pomáhající pracovníky. Nejprve práce vymezuje co je to dopravní nehoda, dále kdo je obětí dopravní nehody, jak oběti nehodu prožívají a jak se s ní vyrovnávají. Dále práce pojednává o krizové komunikaci, o tom, kdo ji provádí a jak by měla správně probíhat. Kromě toho je řečeno, jak probíhá komunikace na místě dopravní nehody, posléze po jejím uplynutí a nakonec jaké mají možnosti komunikace sami pomáhající pracovníci.This work deals with crisis communication with victims of traffic accidents. The goal of this work is to find out what is the course of crisis communication with victims of traffic accidents on the spot. Thereafter it says how crisis communication with victims after some time is and then which possibilities of communication for helping workers exists. Firstly this work defines what the traffic accident is, then who is a victim of traffic accident and what experiences does the victim have and how do they deal with it. Secondly this work is about crisis communication. It says who is communicant is and how is the right process of it. Moreover it says how the communication on the spot and the communication after the accident proceed and at the end what possibilities of communication for helping workers have.
