Bakalářská práce podává výklad významné perikopy Janova evangelia o setkání Ježíše se samařskou ženou. Nejdříve zmiňuje vznik, strukturu, literární charakteristiky a teologické poselství Janova evangelia. Dále se zaměřuje na dobové pozadí vztahů mezi Židy a Samařany a stručně seznamuje s historickým vývojem samařské komunity. Pro pochopení novosti Ježíšova přístupu k samařské ženě je zde předloženo odlišné vnímání hodnoty muže a ženy v tehdejší době. Výklad samotného příběhu je stěžejním prvkem této práce. Nejprve poukazuje na kontext perikopy a následně přibližuje její uspořádání do dvou velkých obrazů z hlediska dvou základních dialogů. Hlavním námětem celého vyprávění je Ježíšovo sebezjevení světu. Představuje se jako dárce pravého života plnící poslání, které má od Otce.This bachelor theses offers explication of an important pericope from John?s gospel about meeting Jesus and Samaritan woman. First of all there is mentioned the genesis, structure, literary characterization, and theology message of John?s gospel. The work also focuses on the historical background of relationships between Jews and Samaritans, and briefly introduces the historical development of Samaritans community. To understand the new attitude of Jesus towards the Samaritan woman, there is propounded the different perception of the male value and female value at that period. Explication of the story itself is the key point of this work. At first the work points to pericope context and then splits the pericope into two images, each of which has its own basic dialog. The main theme of the whole narration is Jesus? self-revelation to the world. Jesus introduces himself as a donor of true live, who fulfills the mission, which He received from His Father.
