Bakalářská práce popisuje a charakterizuje ošetřovatelskou profesi v Baťově nemocnici ve Zlíně mezi léty 1927-1946. Teoretická část je výsledkem analýzy historických písemností, dokumentů, literatury a osobních vzpomínek. Má předložit co nejpřesnější obraz o profesi ošetřovatelky, včetně okolností, kterými byla ovlivněna. V praktické části jsou uveřejněny rozhovory se třemi významnými osobnostmi ošetřovatelství této nemocnice. Cílem bakalářské práce je předložit ucelený přehled o ošetřovatelské profesi a ošetřovatelském personálu Baťovy nemocnice ve Zlíně mezi léty 1927-1946.Bachelor thesis describes and characterizes the nursing profession in Bata Hospital Zlin between the years 1927 to 1946. The theoretical part is the result of analysis of historical papers, documents, literature and personal memories. It should be the most exact picture of the nursing profession, and the circumstances which have been affected. In practical part are published interviews with three significant people of the hospital nursing. The aim of the bachelor thesis is present an comprehensive overview of the nursing profession and nursing staff in Bata Hospital Zlin between the years 1927 to 1946.
