Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá problematikou zlomenin distálního konce radia, které patří k nejčastějším zlomeninám vůbec. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomii a funkční anatomii zápěstí, mechanismus vzniku a klasifikaci těchto poranění. Dále práce popisuje diagnostiku, terapii konzervativní i operační a zmíněny jsou možné komplikace léčby. Velká pozornost je věnována léčebné rehabilitaci, která usiluje o co nejrychlejší návrat pacienta s minimálními zdravotními následky do běžného života. Práce je doplněna kazuistikou nemocného se zlomeninou distálního radia typu 23C1 dle klasifikace AO.This thesis deals with problems of fractures of distal radius,which is one of the most frequent fractures. Theoretic part contains anatomy and functional wrist anatomy, mechanism and classification of wrist injuries. Further on, the work describes diagnostics, conservative and surgical therapy and there are also mentioned some possible treatment complications. Great attention is devoted to a medical rehabilitation that aimes towards the fastest recovery of a patient, with th minimum health effect to his everyday life. Work is complemented by a case report of a patient with a fracture of distal radius type 23C1 according to classification AO.
