Magisterská práce řeší problematiku modelování cyklistické dopravy na území města Olomouce. Hlavním úkolem je vytvoření ohodnocené a topologicky korektní vektorové sítě využitelné cyklisty a aplikace vybraných síťových analýz. V teoretické části jsou přiblížena témata jako cyklistická doprava zejména v urbanizovaném prostředí, síťové analýzy a teorie grafů. V praktické části je pak obsažena tvorba vektorové sítě pomocí softwaru ArcGIS 9.3 a podrobné terénní šetření, které umožnilo stanovit vliv různých parametrů (sklon, povrch, typ komunikace atd.) na průměrnou rychlost cyklisty. Závěrem je model testován pomocí síťových analýz (se stanovením různých kritérií) a porovnán s realitou.The diploma thesis deals with cyclist transport modelling for the city of Olomouc. The main goal of the thesis is to create an assessed topologically correct vector network for cyclists. The thesis also aims to apply selected network analyses. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the problematic of cyclist transport especially in urban areas, the network analyses and the diagram theory. The practical part deals with the creation of a vector network by means of software ArcGIS 9.3. This part also encompasses a detailed terrain research that provided the data to assess the influence of individual parameters (the slope, the track surface, the type of communication) upon the cyclist average speed. The model is tested by means of a network analysis, focussed on various criteria, the test results are confronted with real situation.
