Témou bakalárskej práce je vplyv prostredia na riadenie školy. Cieľom práce bolo analyzovať prostredie Základnej umeleckej školy Jozefa Rosinského v Nitre a posúdiť vplyv vybraných faktorov na riadenie školy. Práca je orientovaná na vonkajšie prostredie školy, hlavne na verejnosť a konkurenciu, ktorá je v meste Nitra v oblasti umeleckého školstva veľmi silná. Pre splnenie stanoveného cieľa boli zvolené dve strategické analýzy - PEST analýza a Porterov model piatich konkurenčných síl. K hodnoteniu mikrookolia školy boli použité dve dotazníkové šetrenia, ktoré boli určené inštitúciám v meste Nitra a rodičom žiakov školy. Výsledky analýz a dotazníkových šetrení boli podkladom pri tvorbe odporúčaní k doplneniu strategických cieľov školy, ktoré zahŕňajú udržanie dobrej konkurenčnej schopnosti v meste NitraThe theme of my Bachelor thesis is how can the environment influence the school management. The objective of this work was to analyse the environment of the Elementary Art school of Jozef Rosinský in Nitra as well as to consider the impact of selected factors on the school management. The work was orientated towards the outer school environment, mainly towards publicity and competitors, which is rather strong in the field of art education in the city of Nitra. Two strategic analyses were used to meet the stated purpose - PEST analysis and Porter s model of five competitive forces. For evaluating the micro-environment of the school we used two questionnaire surveys given to the institutions in Nitra and to the parents of pupils of the school. The results of analyses and questionnaire surveys were used as a base for formation of recommendations to fulfill the school strategic targets which include keeping the competitive ability in the city of Nitra.
