Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nezralých novorozenců a vybraných hematologických parametrů. Cílem praktické části je stanovit průměrné hodnoty erytrocytů, hemoglobinu a hematokritu u nezralých novorozenců v průběhu jednoho měsíce po porodu, srovnat zjištěné hodnoty s hodnotami hypotroficky nezralých novorozenců a hodnotami fyziologických novorozenců. Smyslem teoretické části je stanovení definice, charakteristické znaky nezralého novorozence a komplikace způsobené nezralostí. Dále popis vybraných hematologických parametrů a erytropoézy. Těžištěm praktické části bakalářské práce je výzkumná studie, která s pomocí hematologického vyšetření a analýzy dokumentace zjišťuje hematologické hodnoty nezralých novorozenců a stanovuje jejich průměrné hodnoty.The Bachelor thesis deals with preterm neonates and selected hematological parameters. Aim of the practical part is to appoint an average value of erythrocytes, hemoglobin and hematocrit in preterm neonates within one month after delivery, to compare recognized values with values of hypotrophic preterm neonates and values of physiological neonates. The sense of the theoretical part is determining the definition, characteristics of preterm neonates and complications due to immaturity. Further description of selected hematological parameters and erythropoiesis. The crux of the practical part of the Bachelor thesis is a exploratory study, which with help of hematological investigation and documentation analysis investigates haematological values of preterm neonates and establishes their average values.
