Tématem bakalářské práce je orientace sester v problematice V.A.C. terapie v kardiochirurgii. Cílem práce je zjistit úroveň znalostí kardiochirurgických sester v problematice V.A.C. terapie a dehiscence sternotomie. Teoretická část práce představuje využití V.A.C. terapie v kardiochirurgii, její indikace a průběh léčby. Dále seznamuje s faktory vzniku dehiscence sternotomie. Praktická část mapuje znalosti sester o dané problematice formou dotazníkového šetření.The theme of this thesis is nurses´orientation in the problems V.A.C therapy in cardiac surgery. The goal is to find the level of nurses´ knowledge in the problems V.A.C therapy and sternotomy dehiscence. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the usage this therapy in cardiac surgery, its indications and the treatment. It also desribes the factors of inception dehiscence of the sternotomy. The practical part of this thesis describes the nurses´ knowledge in this issue by questionnaire.
