Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výskyt diagnózy karcinomu prsu v těhotenství a na další souvislosti spojené s tímto onemocněním. Poznatky z praxe jsou použity metodou ošetřovatelského procesu v konkrétním případě (kazuistice) a přehledně zpracovány do mapy péče. Práce ukazuje závažnost zkoumaného fenoménu a potřebu holistického přístupu porodní asistentky v péči o těhotnou ženu se zhoubným novotvarem s důrazem na edukaci a psychologický přístup.This graduation thesis focuses on the occurrence of breast cancer in pregnancy and other related issues associated with this disease. Knowledge from the working experience were used by the method of nursing process in particular case report and subsequently processed into a map of care. This study demonstrates the relevance of investigated phenomenon and need for holistic attitude of the midwife to the pregnant patient with malignancy with the stress on patients´ education and psychological attitude.
