Cílem bakalářské práce je nastínění racionálního přístupu k terapii orofaciální oblasti v léčbě dysartrií dospělých. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. V první části jsou charakterizovány teoretické poznatky z oblasti pohybového systému, komunikace a jejich vzájemného vztahu. Druhá část navazuje na teoretickou a věnuje se definování dysartrie, její klasifikaci, příčinám, symptomům, základní a diferenciální diagnostice a přidruženým poruchám. Třetí a poslední část zkoumá možnosti terapie získané dysartrie s ohledem na jejich racionální odůvodnění. Zabývá se metodami logopedie a fyzioterapie, které můžou vzájemnou kombinací přispět k efektivnější obnově řečových funkcí dospělých jedinců s dysartrií.The aim of this work is to outline a rational approach to therapy in the treatment of the orofacial area of dysarthria of adult. The work consists of three sections. The first part is characterized by theoretical knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, communication and their interrelationship. The second part builds on the theoretical and deals with the definition of dysarthria, its classification, causes, symptoms, basic and differential diagnosis and associated disorders. The third and final part examines the possibilities of therapy of acquired dysarthria with regard to their rational justification. It deals with methods of speech therapy and physiotherapy, which can contribute to the mutual combination of more efficient recovery of speech function of adults with dysarthria.
