Bakalářská práce pojednává o Mužském pěveckém sboru Nešvera. Na základě dobových pramenů a literatury se autor práce snaží zdokumentovat vznik a vývoj tohoto tělesa, které v roce 2010 slaví jubileum devadesáti let od svého vzniku. Autor si všímá i souvislostí s osobností Josefa Nešvery, skladatelem, pedagogem a výborným olomouckým hudebníkem. Jak sbor, tak i hudební skladatel ovlivňovali umělecký růst Olomouce a jejich snahy přesáhly i její území.The bachelor work is conceived so that describes systematically, year after year, the artistic activities of the Nešvera Male Chorus in Olomouc. Since the present name of the chorus is Nešvera, I also try to describe Josef Nešvera, a composer from Olomouc. Although these two names never met in history, I explain links between them here. Both the chorus and the composer have influenced the cultural growth of Olomouc and their efforts have exceeded its area.
