V části praktické popisuje morfologii stébel a soustřeďuje se na anatomii stébel vybraných druhů obilnin. Výsledky mikroskopického studia jsou dokumentovány mikrofotograficky.. -- Abstrakt: The theoretical part of this ?Bachelor of Science Project?, focuses on the botanical classification, the origin, the anatomy and the ontogenesis of certain species and varieties of grain. The practical part deals with the morphology of stalks, and focuses on the anatomy of stalks of the chosen variety of grain. The findings of microscopical study are supported by microphotographs.
