Tato diplomová práce popisuje proces zřízení soukromé zdravotnické instituce - rehabilitační ambulance. První část práce analyzuje institucionální prostředí České republiky. Druhá část práce analyzuje hlavně ekonomické a finanční faktory tohoto záměru. Ve třetí, závěrečné části jsou popsány kroky implementace ke splnění nutných legislativních podmínek, aby došlo také k aktivaci tohoto záměru. Každá jednotlivá část hodnotí jednotlivé dílčí závěry, rizika a přínosy.This thesis describes proces of institut private health institution ? rehabilitative ambulance. The first part of thesis anylysis institutional setting of the Czech Republic. The second part of thesis analysis mainly economic and financial factores of this intention. The third, final part of thesis describes steps of implementation to performance necessary legislative conditions, so that the intentoin have been activated too.
