Includes information about policeman municipal police officers, his rights and obligations during his employment relationship and his position in a laws of Czech. We find here also a section specifically devoted to law enforcement resources that are authorized to use municipal police officers during the exercise of their own powers. In conclusion of this work are concrete examples of practise of municipal police officers in the city Brno.
