Práce je zaměřena na zjištění změn v psychické a sociální oblasti u osob trpících roztroušenou sklerózou. Nadále jsem se věnovala změnám, které klienti pociťují nepříjemně a jaká zdravotní omezení souvisí s touto nemocí. V neposlední řadě jsem se zaměřila na to, zda mají pacienti dostatek informací o sdružení a klubech, která pomáhají nemocným s roztroušenou sklerózou. Teoretická část obsahuje definici nemoci,psychické a sociální problémy, dále popisuji léčbu, symptomy a ošetřovatelskou péči u roztroušené sklerózy. Do této části práce jsem také zařadila informace týkající se sdružení Roska a Klubu SMS. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo prováděno v PLČ v Brně a ve sdružení Roska v Brně. Výsledky šetření jsou shrnuty v diskusi a v závěru práce.The thesis aids at identification of psychice and social ganges of patiens suffering from slerosis multiplex. I was focusing on those ganges, which clients fell as upleasant, and on chat limitations for the patients this disease causes. Last but not least I was trying to find out if patients have enough informatik available about associations and clubs which help patients with slerosis multiplex. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with the dinase definitiv, social and psychice issues relared to it, description of treatment, symptoms and overall medici care. This part also includes information on Roska and Klub SMS organizations. The surveys carried out in the Psychiatric intstitute in Brno and in Roska organization are described in the Practical part of the thesis. The surfy results are involved in the Discussion and part in Conclusion section.
