Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast vzdělávání dospělých v rámci systematického vzdělávání v konkrétní organizaci, a to v Anenských slatinných lázních v Lázních Bělohrad. Objektem zkoumání jsou vedoucí pracovníci - manažeři. Cílem práce je vytvoření kompetenčního modelu pro předem danou skupinu pracovníků v souladu s odbornou literaturou zabývající se touto problematikou a s ohledem na strategii a specifické potřeby lázní. Těžiště práce spočívá v tvorbě kompetenčního modelu na základě deskripce a analýzy současného systému vzdělávání pracovníků v dané organizaci a vychází z analýzy pracovních míst manažerů. Vyústěním je návrh kompetenčního modelu s následným doporučením některých možností dalšího rozvoje potřebných kompetencí manažerů.My thesis is centered on area of adults education in the framework of methodical education in a concrete organization - Ann's Peat Spa in Lázně Bělohrad. The research subject is the executive staff - the managers. The aim of the work is creating of a competence model for the given staff group in accordance with the special literature dealing with this problem and reflecting the strategy and specific needs of the spa. The emphasis of the work is in creation of the competence model based on description and analysis of contemporary system of staff education in the given organization and arises from the analysis of manager working posts. The result is the draft of the competence model followed with the recommendation of some possibilities of further development of needed manager competences.
