Práce je zaměřena na přijetí animovaných seriálů dětmi. Vysvětluje všeobecně pojetí médií v životě člověka. Pozornost je věnovaná hlavně televizi, skladbě jejích pořadů a její vliv na diváka. Zaměřuje se na animovaný film, jeho historii a charakteristiku současných animovaných seriálů. Obsahuje také výsledky výzkumu provedeného dotazníkovou metodou, který je zaměřený na vztah dětí k současným animovaným seriálům.This thesis deals with the way children accept the strip cartoons. I tried to explain in my work the general conception of mass media in the life of the man. The work concerned mainly with television, structure of its programmes and its influence on audience. The thesis concentrates on the animated cartoons, their history and the characteristics of the contemporary strip cartoons. The work also contains the results of the survey gained with the help of questionnaire method . The survey was concentrated on the relation of children toward the strip cartoons.
