Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkušenosti všeobecných sester s elektrickou defibrilací v Nemocnici Blansko. Ve své teoretické části pojednává o fyziologii srdce, arytmiích, elektrické defibrilaci a kompetencích všeobecných sester provádět defibrilaci. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky provedeného dotazníkového šetření a mapuje schopnosti a vědomosti všeobecných sester o elektrické defibrilaci a nejčastější problémy sester spojené s elektrickou defibrilací. Práce by měla přispět k zvýšené informovanosti sester a vytvořený edukační materiál jako manuál pro provádění elektrické defibrilace.This bachelor thesis is focused on nurses' experiences with electric defibrillation in Hospital Blansko.The theoretical part summarizes a physiology of the heart, arrhythmias, electric defibrillation, and nurses' competencies to carry out defibrillation. Practical part contains the results of a questionnaire survey and explores nurses' knowledge and abilities as regards electric defibrillation, and the most frequent difficulties that nurses experience with electric defibrillation. The thesis should contribute to nurses' awareness and the educational material created is meant as a manual of carrying out the defibrillation.
