Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením způsobilosti k právům a povinnostem, způsobilostí k právním úkonům, fyzickým a veřejným opatrovníkem. Zjišťuje a porovnává četnost, strukturu a oblasti kontaktů mezi opatrovníky a konkrétním poskytovatelem sociálních služeb. Empirická část uvádí výsledky četnější spolupráce poskytovatele sociálních služeb s fyzickým opatrovníkem, osobní záležitosti opatrovance jako nejčastější důvod kontaktu opatrovníků s poskytovatelem sociálních služeb, převládající distanční kontakty a častější projednávání záležitostí opatrovanců v I. a II. stupni závislosti na pomoci jiné fyzické osoby.This bachelor thesis deals with the definition of eligibility for rights and obligations, the legal capacity, physical and public custodian. It identifies and compares the frequency, structure and area of contact between custodians and the specific providers of social services. Empirical part presents the results of numerous co-operation between providers of social service providers with the physical custodian, personal matters of custodians people as the most common reason for contact custodians with the providers of social services, the prevailing distance contacts and the more in the deliberations of cusotdians people in the I. and II. degree depending on the assistance of another indvidual.
