Cílem této bakalářské práce je výzkum četnosti anglických přejímek a důvodů jejich užití ve dvou dámských časopisech "Žena a život`` a "Glanc``. Teoretická část slouží jako úvod do problematiky výskytu anglicismů v češtině, důvodů a způsobů užívání a procesu jejich adaptace. V praktické části autorka shrnuje na základě excerpce nejčastěji užívané anglicismy, dále je kategorizuje dle oblastí, ve kterých jsou nejvíce zastoupeny, a věnuje pozornost i jejich formě. Autorka se dále pokouší pomocí ankety zjistit postoj čtenářek k užívání anglicismů a zda jim tato skutečnost způsobuje problémy při porozumění.The purpose of this dissertation is to research the percent occurrence of anglicisms and the reasons for their usage in two women´s magazines "Žena a život`` and "Glanc``. The theoretical part serves as an introduction to the problems of the appearance of anglicisms in the Czech language, the reasons and the ways of using them and the process of their adaptation. In the practical part, the author summarizes, on the basis of excerption, the anglicisms which are used most often, categorizes them according to the fields in which they are mostly represented and she also pays attention to their form. With the aid of a written questionnaire, the author is also trying to document the attitudes of the readership to the usage of anglicisms, and whether they cause any problems with understanding.
