Diplomová práce se zabývá individuálním plánováním průběhu sociální služby v Domově pro seniory. Zaměřuje se na sociálního pracovníka jako aktivního účastníka zavádění standardů kvality sociálních služeb. Součástí práce je i charakteristika potřeb a komunikace seniorů v Domově pro seniory. V praktické části jsou zjišťovány potoje pracovníků v Domovech pro seniory na území města Ostravy související se zaváděním standardů kvality sociálních služeb a jejich plnění se zaměřením na individuální plánování průběhu sociální služby.This diploma thesis deals with the individual planning of the course of social services in nursing homes. It focuses on social workers as active participants in the introduction of social services quality standards. This thesis also includes an insight into the needs and communication of seniors in nursing homes. The practical part examines the attitudes of workers of nursing homes in Ostrava. These attitudes are minitored with respect to the introduction of social services quality standards and realization with focus on the individual planning of the course of social services.
