Cílem práce je pokusit se vymezit, s poukazem na některé teoretické koncepce a metody práce s textem, pojem motiv a předložit způsob jeho aplikace na vybrané literární texty Egona Hostovského. Zvoleným postupem vymezování motivických složek chceme vyzvednout ty motivy, které v dílech Egona Hostovského považujeme za klíčové pro interpretaci tématu i naznačení směru, kterým se autorova tvorba ubírala.The objective of this study is to define the term motif (pointing out to some of theoretic conceptions and methods of treating the text) and propose a possibility of its application to selected writings of Egon Hostovsky. By preferred way of defining motifs we would like to point out some of the motifs considered in this study as key-account motif for theme interpretation and for indication the way of authors writings.
