Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na problematiku výběru talentované mládeže do atletických sportovních tříd. Cílem je charakterizovat a popsat nejvýznamnější komponenty z kinantropologie, týkající se výběru talentované mládeže, vystihnout morfologické a psychologické zvláštnosti věkových skupin testovaných žáků s přihlédnutím ke specifice atletických disciplín. Obecná část vychází ze současných podmínek a stavu tělovýchovy a sportu v České republice, včetně pohledu na problémy školství v tzv. sportovních třídách. Speciální část se zabývá metodikou výběru sportovních talentů podle testů a jejich specifikační aspekty. Závěrem navrhuji vhodnou sestavu testů pro výběr 11-12ti letých žáků do atletických tříd.In the present Bachelor thesis the problems with the selection of the talented youth for athletics sport classes are reported. The aim of this work is to charakterize and describe the most important features from kinantropology concerning the selection of the talented youth, and present the morphological and psychological aspects of different age groups involved in the tests taking account the specification of the athletic disciplines. The general part deals with present conditions and the status of physical education and sports in the Czech republic. Also, problems with educations in sport classes are dealt with. The specific part deals with a selection methodology of sport talents according to test sets and their specific aspects. As a result suitable test set is proposed for selection of 11-12 years old students for the athletic classes.
