Hlavní důraz je kladen na početnost a tvarovou variabilitu epidermálních buněk a průduchů na určité ploše. Měřeny jsou základní anatomické parametry (délka a šířka) epidermálních buněk a průduchů. Veškerá měření byla realizována s přihlédnutím k výuce na základní škole.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis "A comparative analysis of epidermis in selected species of plants`` concerns the study of epidermis of the selected house plants species. The main emphasis lies in the numbers and the shape variability of epidermal cells and pores measurement and observation. The basic anatomical variables (length and width) of epidermal cells and pores were measured. All the measurements were realised considering the basic schoul education.
