Diagnostické metody nukleární medicíny v gastroenterologii [rukopis] / Eliška Jakubíková. -- 2024. -- 54 s. : il. -- Ved. práce Jiří Horalík. -- Oponent Petr Vybíral. -- Abstrakt: Předložená přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostickými metodami nukleární medicíny v oblasti zažívacího systému. Práce popisuje základní principy nukleární medicíny a radiační ochrany. V dalších částech se věnuje patofyziologii GIT a představuje i jiné diagnostické zobrazovací techniky. Nejrozsáhlejší část práce zahrnuje využití PET/CT a dalších scintigrafických metod jako neinvazivních a citlivých prostředků pro diagnostiku nádorů a zánětů trávicího traktu, poruch motility jícnu a žaludku, malabsorpce žlučových kyselin, detekce Meckelova divertiklu, onemocnění jater, lokalizace krvácení a dalších patologiích GIT, včetně jejich indikace, přípravy před vyšetřením a samotného průběhu. Zpracované informace jsou dohledány z odborné literatury a vědeckých databází. Výsledky této práce mohou sloužit jako výukový materiál pro studenty a přispět k lepšímu porozumění nukleárně-medicínských technik v diagnostice gastroenterologických onemocnění.. -- Abstrakt: The presented review Bachelor's thesis deals with diagnostic methods of nuclear medicine in the digestive system. The thesis describes the basic principles of nuclear medicine and radiation protection. In the following sections, it discusses the pathophysiology of the GIT and introduces other diagnostic imaging techniques. The most extensive part of the thesis covers the use of PET/CT and other scintigraphic methods as non-invasive and sensitive means for the diagnosis of tumors and inflammation of the digestive tract, disorders of esophageal and gastric motility, detection of Meckel's diverticulum, liver disease, localization of hemorrhage and other GIT diseases, including their indication, preparation before the examination and the actual course. The processed information is retrieved from the literature and scientific databases. The results of this work can serve as teaching material for students and contribute to a better understanding of nuclear medicine techniques in the diagnosis of gastroenterological diseases.
