Alternativní stravování v Korejské republice [rukopis] / Monika Lepíková. -- 2024. -- 62 : grafy + -. -- Ved. práce Blanka Ferklová. -- Oponent Kateřina Šamajová. -- Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá alternativními směry stravování v Korejské republice. Cílem práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit úroveň povědomí, zkušeností a pohled mladé generace Korejců (ve věku od 18 do 30 let) na tyto směry. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou následně porovnány s výsledky stejného dotazníku vytvořeného pro mladou generaci Čechů (ve věku od 18 do 30 let). Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Literární rešerše je zaměřena na definici jednotlivých směrů alternativního stravování. V této části jsou též popsána historie stravování v Korejské republice, dostupnost potravin vhodných pro osoby stravující se alternativním způsobem stravy a jednotlivá loga, jimiž výrobci tyto výrobky označují. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník je určený pro respondenty stravující se tradičním způsobem a týká se názorů a zkušeností ohledně alternativních směrů stravy. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou graficky znázorněny a slovně popsány. Dotazník je vytvořen a distribuován pomocí webových stránek Google Forms a grafy jsou zpracovány v programu Microsoft Excel. Závěr práce je zaměřen na shrnutí a vyhodnocení poznatků, které vyplynuly z analýzy dotazníkového šetření vzhledem k poznatkům uvedeným v teoretické části práce. V této práci se pracuje s hypotézou, že vzhledem k rozšíření buddhismu v Korejské republice budou mladí Korejci více otevření alternativnímu stravováni nežli Češi.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor's thesis aims to deals with alternative ways of eating in the Republic of Korea. The aim of this thesis is to find out the level of awareness, experience and the view of the young generation of Koreans (between the ages of 18 and 30) on these trends using a survey. The results of the survey are compared with the results of the same survey created for the young generation of Czechs (aged 18 to 30). The work is divided into two parts. The literature search is focused on the definition of individual trends in alternative diets. This section also describes the history of eating in the Republic of Korea, the availability of foods suitable for people eating an alternative diet, and individual logos used by manufacturers to mark these products. The practical part of the work is focused on the analysis of the results of the survey. The survey is intended for respondents eating in a traditional way and concerns opinions and experiences regarding alternative dietary trends. The results of the survey are graphically represented and verbally described. The survey is created and distributed using the Google Forms website, and the graphs are processed in Microsoft Excel. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on summarizing and evaluating the findings that emerged from the analysis of the survey in relation to the findings presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. This work is based on the hypothesis that due to the spread of Buddhism in the Republic of Korea, young Koreans will be more open to alternative diets than Czechs.
