Cílem práce je analyzovat překlady vybraných nizozemských básní do češtiny a polštiny a najít případné obecné rozdíly mezi českými a polskými překlady. Práce se zaměří na použité překladatelské postupy, rozdíly v sémantické hustotě originálu a překladu, použitou slovní zásobu a míru ekvivalence s původním textem.The aim of the thesis is to analyse the translations of selected Dutch poems into Czech and Polish and to find possible general differences between Czech and Polish translations. The work will focus on the translation methods used, differences in semantic density of the original and the translation, the vocabulary used and the degree of equivalence with the original text.
