Disertační práce systematicky zachycuje biblická východiska, základní tendence historického vývoje paradigmat a těžiště současných reflexí před a po vydání Amoris laetitia vzhledem k pastoraci manželství a rodiny; na základě toho hodnotí jejich vliv pro specifický vývoj v oblasti pastorace manželství v českém prostředí, a to zvláště po II. vatikánském koncilu a s důrazem na obrat po roce 1989. Práce vyhodnocuje schopnost teologicky reflektovat pastorační výzvy naší kultury a poukazuje na možné aplikace Amoris laetitia do specificky českého kulturního prostředí. Práce nejprve uvádí do problematiky a zachycení kontextu vývoje paradigmatu pastorace manželství a rodiny s ohledem na univerzální církev, následně se zaměřuje na lokální vývoj problematiky v českém prostředí a vyvození pastoračních imperativů a inspirací vycházejících z pastoračního paradigmatu Amoris laetitia.The dissertation systematically captures the biblical background, the basic tendencies of the historical development of paradigms and the focus of contemporary reflections before and after the publication of Amoris laetitia with regard to the pastoral care of marriage and the family; on the basis of this, it evaluates their influence for the specific development in the field of pastoral care of marriage in the Czech environment, especially after II. Vatican Council and with an emphasis on the change after 1989. The work evaluates the ability to theologically reflect the pastoral challenges of our culture and points to possible applications of Amoris laetitia to a specifically Czech cultural environment. The thesis first introduces the issue and captures the development of the paradigm of pastoral care of marriage and family with respect to the universal church, then focuses on the local development of the issue in the Czech environment and the derivation of pastoral imperatives and inspirations based on the pastoral paradigm of Amoris laetitia.
