Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze rizik zdravotní dopravní služby ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce nalézá technická, personální, rizika spojená s přepravou pacientů a finanční rizika. Teoretická část práce ozřejmuje problematiku převozu pacientů, stručně charakterizuje historii a vymezuje legislativní požadavky související s převozem pacientů v kontextu České republiky. Stěžejní kapitola diplomové práce objasňuje terminologii spojenou s managementem rizik, stanovuje jeho hlavní úkoly a popisuje proces řízení rizik. Diplomová práce dále specifikuje posouzení rizik, do kterého spadá klasifikace rizik, identifikace rizik, analýza rizik a hodnocení rizik. Výzkumná část se v první fázi zaměřuje na charakteristiku pracoviště zdravotní dopravní služby včetně jeho personální struktury a logistiky přepravy pacientů. Výstupem výzkumné části je analýza rizika, analýza SWOT a zhodnocení výpovědí respondentů. Analýza rizika vyobrazuje identifikovaná rizika, které jsou seřazena dle významnosti a zanesena do matice rizik. Pomocí analýzy SWOT jsou definovány silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby Provozu dopravy zdravotnického zařízení, které jsou zahrnuty do jednotlivých kvadrantů SWOT matice.The diploma thesis is devoted to the risk analysis of medical transport service in a selected medical facility. The thesis finds technical, personnel, risks associated with patient transport and financial risks. The theoretical part of the thesis clarifies the issue of patient transport, briefly characterizes the history and defines the legislative requirements related to patient transport in the context of the Czech Republic. The main chapter of the thesis explains the terminology associated with risk management, sets out its main tasks and describes the risk management process. The thesis further specifies risk assessment, which includes risk classification, risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation. The research part in the first phase focuses on the characteristics of the health transport service workplace including its staffing structure and patient transport logistics. The output of the research part is a risk analysis, SWOT analysis and evaluation of the respondents' statements. The risk analysis depicts the identified risks, which are ranked in order of significance and entered into a risk matrix. The SWOT analysis is used to define the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Transportation Health Facility Operation, which are included in each quadrant of the SWOT matrix.
