Tématem diplomové práce jsou aktuální problémy dětských domovů z pohledu jejich ředitelů. Jejím cílem je poskytnout přehled zásadních problémů, se kterými se ředitelé denně při své práci potýkají, popsat, jak ředitelé hodnotí systém transformace péče o ohrožené děti, v čem spatřují největší úskalí při výkonu své funkce. V teoretické části práce je představen systém náhradní výchovy v České republice, důraz je kladen na dětské domovy. V rámci empirické části je realizován kvalitativní výzkum metodou dotazování. Šetření se týká oblasti financování, legislativy, fluktuace a pravomocí zaměstnanců, spolupráce s úřady, administrativní náročnosti práce, reaguje na aktuální stav v dětských domovech po uplynutí vládních opatření v období koronavirové epidemie.The topic of the diploma thesis is the current problems of children's homes from the point of view of their directors. Its aim is to provide an overview of the fundamental problems that directors face on a daily basis in their work, to describe how directors assess the system of transformation of care for children at risk, which they see as the greatest difficulties in the performance of their duties. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the system of alternative education in the Czech Republic, the emphasis is on children's homes. Within the empirical part, qualitative research is carried out using the method of questioning. The survey covers the area of financing, legislation, staff turnover and powers, cooperation with authorities, administrative workload, and responds to the current situation in children's homes after the expiration of government measures during the coronavirus epidemic.
