Závěr práce se věnuje analýze britského euroskepticismu, který vyvrcholil v roce 2016 referendem o vystoupení z EU. V práci se nachází i krátká analýza vývoje Brexitu a situaci po něm. Veškeré historické události a závěry jsou pouze interpretovány skrze zdroje, a proto jsou veškeré závěry úzce spjaté s konkrétně popisovaným vývojem.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis deals with the development of relations between the United Kingdom and the European Union which is further described on historical events during the British membership in the European project. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the analysis of British Euroscepticism, which culminated in 2016 with a referendum on withdrawal from the EU. There is also a brief analysis of the development of Brexit and the situation after it. All historical events and conclusions are only interpreted through sources, and therefore all conclusions are closely connected with the specifically described development.
