V práci se zaměřuji na to, zda má tento nástup moderních technologií dopad na snížení počtu fyzických návštěvníků v turistickém informačním centru. Cílem práce je prozkoumat fyzickou a webovou návštěvnost Turistického informačního centra města Ústí nad Orlicí. Získaná data z databáze turistického informačního centra a z webových stránek pomocí nástroje Google Analytics ukazují, že i přes nárůst digitálních médií fyzická návštěvnost v průběhu let roste. V práci jsou uvedeny možné důvody rostoucí fyzické návštěvnosti a doporučení, která mají zlepšit služby pro zákazníky turistického informačního centra města Ústí nad Orlicí.. -- Abstrakt: Nowadays, during the era of digitalisation, the information has become easily available and quickly disseminated especially through the usage of digital media, and their related platforms. This bachelor thesis deals with new phenomena of the arrival of modern technology and its impact on the decline in visitors of the Tourist Information Centre. The main aim of this paper is to investigate both presence and digital (website) visits of the Usti and Orlici Tourist information centre. The available data were collected from the website and the database of the Tourist Information Centre, via the analytical tool of Google Analytics. The data show that despite the uprising trends and the use of digital media, the presence tourism is uprising. The paper presents possible scenarios for the increasing trends and recommendations, that aim to improve the quality of services provided by the Usti and Orlici Tourist Information Centre.
