Cílem práce je prezentovat možnosti využití fyzikální terapie v rámci komplexní rehabilitační péče u nemocných po cévní mozkové příhodě. V první kapitole se práce zaměřuje na definici cévní mozkové příhody, problematiku jejího výskytu a na rozdělení. Dále rozlišuje jednotlivá stádia průběhu cévní mozkové příhody a vhodnou rehabilitaci pro daná stádia. Druhá kapitola se obecně věnuje fyzikální terapii bez ohledu na její návaznost na mozkovou příhodu. Detailně je v ní popsáno převážně rozdělení fyzikální terapie, mechanismy jejího působení a obecné kontraindikace. V poslední kapitole jsou sepsány jednotlivé možnosti fyzikální terapie, které je možné využít pro terapii po cévní mozkové příhodě. Každá z podkapitol představuje konkrétní druh fyzikální terapie, jehož prospěšnost je zkoumána v nejnovějších vědeckých studiích.The aim of the thesis is to determine the possibilities of using of physical therapy in comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients after a stroke. The first chapter focuses on the definition of stroke and its occurrence and division. It also distinguishes between the stages of a stroke and it presents appropriate rehabilitation for the stages. The second chapter is generally devoted to physical therapy, regardless of its connection to stroke. It describes in detail mainly the division of physical therapy, the mechanisms of its action and general contraindications. The last chapter describes the individual possibilities of physical therapy, which can be used for therapy after a stroke. Each of the subchapters represents a specific type of physical therapy. These possibilities of physical therapies are described in the latest scientific studies.
