Bakalářská práce předkládá čtenáři ucelený náhled na problematiku pohybové aktivity (PA) u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou (RS). V přehledu poznatků je uveden popis onemocnění včetně diagnostiky a možností léčby, shrnutí přínosů PA na zdravotní stav osob s RS a podstatných zásad, které by měly být pacienty při vykonávání PA dodržovány. Výzkumná část práce analyzuje vliv PA na zdravotní stav cílové skupiny osob a zjišťuje dílčí skutečnosti potřebné pro komplexní vyhodnocení řešené problematiky.The bachelor thesis presents to the reader a comprehensive view of the issue of physical activity (PA) in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). The review provides a description of the disease, including diagnosis and treatment options, a summary of the benefits of PA to the health status of people with MS, and the essential principles that patients should follow when performing PA. The research part of the thesis analyzes the impact of PA on the health status of the target group of persons and identifies the partial facts necessary for a comprehensive evaluation of the issue.
