Cílem práce je vymezit a popsat činitele klimatu organizace. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako organizace, prostředí a klima. Dále jsou řešeny činitele, které klima ovlivňují. Pozornost je zejména věnována třem činitelům - stylům vedení, mezilidským vztahům a organizační struktuře. Empirická část je tvořena výzkumným šetřením v konkrétní organizaci, které bylo provedeno metodou dotazování. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit a popsat, jak hodnotí činitele klimatu zaměstnanci v organizaci. Na základě výsledků z výzkumu lze označit mezilidské vztahy za nejdůležitější činitel ovlivňující klima v organizaci. Samotné vztahy hodnotí zaměstnanci jako přátelské. Styl vedoucího pracovníka považují za demokratický a jsou s ním spokojeni. Taktéž jsou spokojeni s organizační strukturou.. -- Abstrakt: The factors which are affecting organizational climate are the topic of the bachelor thesis. The aim of the thesis is to define and describe factors of organizational climate. The theoretical part defines main terms such as organization, environment and climate. Furthermore the thesis focuses on factors affecting organizational climate. We are concentraiting on three factors - leadership styles, interpersonal relationships and organizational structure. The empirical part consists of a research in a particular organization, which was conducted by the method of questioning. The goal of the research is to discover and describe how employees evaluate the factors of organization climate. Based on the results from the research, interpersonal relationships can be identified as the most important factor affecting organizational climate. Leadership style can be considered as democratic and employees are satisfied with it. They are also pleased with the organizational structure.
