Předložená disertační práce se zabývá vztahem konceptu sociálního podnikání a politiky zaměstnanosti České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V první výzkumné části je zkoumán vliv sociálního podnikání na naplňování potřeb politiky zaměstnanosti ve vybraném regionu České republiky - Olomouckém kraji. Druhá část výzkumu se zabývá mírou informovanosti o sociálním podnikání u vysokoškolských studentů jakožto možných sociálních podnikatelů a u osob se zdravotním postižením jakožto hlavní cílovou skupinou sociálních podniků v Olomouckém kraji. Třetí výzkumná část je věnována tématu metod měření dopadu sociálních podniků na své okolí. Závěrečná výzkumná kapitola se soustředí na sociální podnikání v kontextu legislativ zemí Evropské unie.This thesis deals with the relationship between the concept of social entrepreneurship and employment policy of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The research part examines the impact of social entrepreneurship on meeting the needs of employment policy in the selected region of the Czech Republic - the Olomouc Region. The second part of the research deals with the level of awareness of social entrepreneurship among university students as possible social entrepreneurs and people with disabilities as the main target group of social enterprises in the Olomouc Region. The third research section examines the topic of methods for measuring the impact of social enterprises on their stakeholders. The final research chapter focuses on social entrepreneurship in the context of EU countries legislation
