Cílem je zejména deskripce cyberloafingu a vztahů mezi vybranými proměnnými a cyberloafingem u této generace. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. První kapitola popisuje cyberloafing, jeho antecedenty a dopady. Druhá kapitola je věnována generaci Z. Součástí teoretické práce jsou informace o relevantních výzkumech pro tuto práci. Empirická část uvádí informace o realizovaném výzkumu. Technikou sněhové koule, účelového výběru a výběru na základě dobrovolnosti bylo do výzkumného výběru vybráno celkem 206 respondentů. Data byla získávána pomocí Škály cyberloafingu (Cyberloafing Scale), Škály cyberloafingového chování (Cyberloafing Behaviour Scale) a dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Výsledky prokázaly výskyt cyberloafingu u zaměstnanců generace Z. Dále byly zjištěny rozdíly v míře cyberloafingu na základě pohlaví zaměstnanců generace Z a na základě zvolených typů organizačních opatření regulujících cyberloafing. Nalezena byla také souvislost mezi postoji k cyberloafingu a cyberloafingem. Další zjištění jsou k vidění v empirické části této práce.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis deals with cyberloafing of generation Z employees. The aim is mainly to describe cyberloafing and relationships between selected variables and cyberloafing in this generation. The theoretical part is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter describes cyberloafing, its antecedents and impacts. The second chapter is devoted to the generation Z. Part of the theoretical work is information on relevant research for this work. The empirical part presents information about the realized research. A total of 206 respondents were selected for the research selection using the snowball technique, purpose-based technique and voluntary selection technique. Data were collected using the Cyberloafing Scale, Cyberloafing Behavior Scale, and a self-constructed questionnaire. The results showed the occurrence of cyberloafing among generation Z employees. Furthermore, differences were found in the rate of cyberloafing based on the sex of Z employees and on the selected types of organizational policies regulating cyberloafing. We also found a link between attitudes to cyberloafing and cyberloafing. Further findings can be found in the empirical part of this work.
