Cieľom tejto práce je zistiť a analyzovať, akým spôsobom a formou si študenti humanitárnej práce, oboru (Medzinárodná sociálna a humanitárna práca) udržiavali svoju psychickú pohodu počas svojich zahraničných praxí. Teoretická časť bakalárskej práce objasňuje pojem psychohygieny a vysvetľuje jej opodstatnenie v rámci duševného zdravia. V teoretickej časti bakalárskej práce autorka taktiež vymedzuje pojmy ako humanitárna misia a kultúrny šok.V metodologickej časti je využitý kvantitatívny výzkum a ako nástroj zberu dát je použitý dotazník BM, dotazník psychického vyhorenia od A. Pines a E. Aronson. Táto časť už poukazuje na výsledky získané zberom dát- mieru psychickej pohody študentov VOŠs Caritas.. -- Abstrakt: The Bachelor thesis deals with the psychological hygiene of Caritas VOŠ students in foreign practice. The aim of this work is to find out and analyse how the students of humanitarian work in the field (international social and humanitarian work) maintained their psychological well-being during their foreign practices. The theoretical bachelor thesis clarifies the concept of psychological hygiene and explains its justification in mental health. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, the author also defines concepts as a humanitarian mission and a cultural shock. Quantitative research is used in the methodological part and BM is used as a data collection tool, a psychological burnout questionnaire by A. Pines and E. Aronson. This section highlights the results already obtained by collecting data on the psychological well-being of Caritas students.
