Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje obecná fakta o roztroušené skleróze mozkomíšní, závažném nevyléčitelném onemocněním velmi často se vyskytujícím nejen v České republice. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit přehled současných poznatků o etiopatogenezi, diagnostice, formách, principech medikamentózní léčby a především o možnostech komplexní rehabilitace s ohledem na klinický průběh onemocnění.This bachelor thesis summarizes general facts about multiple sclerosis, a serious incurable disease which is occurring very often not only in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work was to create an overview of current knowledge about etiopathogenesis, diagnostics, forms, principles of drug treatment and especially about the possibilities of comprehensive rehabilitation with regard to the clinical progression of the disease.
