Engelbrecht. -- Oponent Benjamin Bossaert. -- Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou mladých panovnic arcivévodkyně Marie Terezie a nizozemské královny Viléminy, jejichž pozice nebyla na počátku jejich vlády jednoduchá. V prvních dvou kapitolách práce se zabývám jejich osobním životem, vzděláním a také okolnostmi předcházejícími nástupu na trůn. V následující části popisuji jejich roli ve válečných konfliktech na počátku jejich vlády. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnovaná sociálním reformám, které byly zavedeny v průběhu jejich vlády. V poslední části porovnávám rysy života a panování těchto královen.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis compares the lives of two young rulers Archduchess Maria Theresa, and Wilhelmina, Queen of the Netherlands, highlighting and juxtaposing the complexities they both faced at the beginning of their rule. In the first two chapters, I will analyse their personal life, education and the circumstances prior to their accession on the throne. The third chapter deals with their roles in war and conflict at the beginning of their rule. The fourth chapter is an analysis of the social reforms established during their reign. In the final section, I will compare and contrast the important features of the lives and reigns of these queens.
