Práce se zaměřuje na hudební nástroj violu organistu, který v 15. století vynalezl Leonardo da Vinci. Zkoumá vývoj tohoto nástroje od prvních skic v Codexu Atlanticus až po současnost. Věnuje se zejména otázce malé popularity tohoto chordofonu, na nástroj je nahlíženo z hlediska podobnosti s dobovými hudebními nástroji. Značná část práce je věnována nedávnému zkonstruování polským skladatelem a stavitelem hudebních nástrojů Sławomirem Zubrzyckim v roce 2012.The work focuses on the musical instrument viola organista invented by Leonardo da Vinci in the 15th century. It explores the development of this instrument from the first sketches in the Codex Atlanticus to the present. It is particularly interested in the small popularity of this chordophone, the instrument is viewed from the point of view of similarity with contemporary musical instruments. Much of the work is devoted to the recent construction by the Polish composer and builder of musical instruments Sławomir Zubrzycki in 2012.
