Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje výkonu státní správy v civilním letectví České republiky, která je blíže zaměřená na její přímé a nepřímé vykonavatele a jejich činnost. Jedná se o Ministerstvo dopravy, Úřad pro civilní letectví, Ústav pro odborné zjišťování příčin leteckých nehod, Úřad pro přístup k dopravní infrastruktuře, Aeroklub ČR a Leteckou amatérskou asociaci ČR. Práce je rozdělená do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje historický exkurz vývojem státní správy u nás, konkrétně pak se zaměřením na oblast letecké dopravy. Druhá kapitola se věnuje pramenům českého leteckého práva se stručným popisem z hlediska jejich právní síly, závaznosti a struktury. Následující kapitola popisuje vymezení základních pojmů, kterými jsou letecké právo, civilní letectví, letadlo, státní suverenita, vzdušný prostor, státní příslušnost a registrace letadel, letecký rejstřík, letecká nehoda, incident a vážný incident. V závěrečné kapitole této bakalářské práce je popsána organizace státní správy v oblasti civilního letectví v České republice.This bachelor thesis deals with the state administration in the area of civil aviation of the Czech Republic. It is focused on its direct and indirect executive agencies and their activities. These include the Department of Transport, Authority of Civil Aviation, Institute of Investigating the Causes of Air Accidents, Office for Access to Transport, Aeroclub CR, Air and Amateur Association CR. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter contains a historical excursion to the development of the state administration in the Czech Republic, specifically with a focus on air transport. The second chapter deals with sources of Czech aviation law with a brief description in terms of their legal force, binding and structure. The following chapter describes definitions of basic concepts such as aviation law, civil aviation, aircraft, state sovereignty, airspace, nationality and aircraft registration, aircraft register, air accident, incident and serious incident. The final chapter of this bachelor thesis describes the organization of state administration in the field of civil aviation in the Czech Republic.
