Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou karcinomu prsu především u mladých žen. Cílem práce bylo dohledat publikované poznatky o vlivu rizikových faktorů na vznik karcinomu, především těch genetických, a následné testování genetických mutací. Dále sumarizuje získané poznatky o možnostech prevence karcinomu prsu jak u zdravých žen, tak u nosiček mutací. Práce také poukazuje na důležitost screeningu karcinomu prsu u cílové skupiny žen a na výsledky snahy o uvědomění si screeningu karcinomu prsu v České republice. Shrnuje také možnosti prevence u nosičů mutací. V neposlední řadě se věnuje práci porodní asistentky v prevenci nádorových onemocnění.This survey bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the breast cancer, especially among young women. Its aim was to search for all the published findings about the influence of risk factors in the development of the tumor, especially the genetic ones, and consequent testing of genetic mutations. It summarizes obtained knowledge of the breast cancer prevention concerning both healthy women as well as patients with the mutation. The thesis also highlights the importance of breast screening in the target group of women and the results of effort to integrate it into the health system of the Czech Republic. It also sums up the possibilities of prevention for mutation carriers. Last but not least it deals with the role of midwives in the breast cancer prevention.
