Tato diplomová práce analyzuje změny, ke kterým došlo v kontextu vstupu a následného členství České republiky v Evropské unii. Práce vychází z konceptu evropeizace a věnuje se tedy vlivu, jaký evropeizace měla na vybrané makroekonomické ukazatele a na směr vývoje ve vybraných segmentech hospodářské politiky. Cílem práce je zjistit zda, a do jaké míry, byla česká ekonomika a hospodářská politika ve vybraných ohledech ovlivněna členstvím v EU. V rámci analytické části se práce věnuje indikátorům, jako je HDP, inflace či přímé zahraniční investice. Práce rovněž zahrnuje analýzu přínosů vyplývajících z fungování schengenského prostoru pro českou ekonomiku či analýzu celkových příjmů a plateb s následným vyhodnocením čisté pozice ČR ve vztahu k rozpočtu EU. Práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí. První z nich se zabývá teoretickým uchopením a nastíněním základních přístupů ke konceptu evropeizace, která je důležitá pro potřeby analytické části práce. Analytická část se následně dělí do šesti kapitol, kdy se každá z nich věnuje analýze vybrané problematiky. Na základě v práci nabytých poznatků budou v závěru práce zodpovězeny stanovené výzkumné otázky a potvrzena či vyvrácena v úvodu stanovená hypotéza.This thesis primary deals with the changes in the economic area of the Czech Republic in connection with the entrance and following membership of Czech Republic in the European Union. This thesis is based on the Europeanization theory and deals with the influence which the Europeanization has had on the specific macroeconomic indicators and subsequently on the selected economic policy. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether and how deep was the Czech economy and economics policy influenced by the proces of European membership. In analytical part of the paper thesis deals with the development of macroeconomic indicators such as gross domestic product, inflation or direct foreign investments. Thesis also involve analysis of benefits which result from the Schengen area for the Czech economy or analysis of the total balance of income and payments with the evaluation of the net possition in the relation with the EU budget. The thesis is divided into two main parts. Firs part deals with the theoretical definition of the Europeanization and with the main approaches in order to understand to theory of Europeanisation, what is important also for the analytical part of the thesis. Analytical part is then divided into six chapters. Every chapter deals with analysis of selected matter (question). The research questions will be answerd on the basis of gained knowledge, together with the approval or rejection of the hypothesis, at the end of the paper.
